IZUMI is located at the lobby level; every dish has a special story to tell. It’s a Japanese cuisine with Teppanyaki technique, which Teppanyaki has It's a two-syllable word: "teppan" means "griddle," and "yaki" means "broiling," so enjoy eating meat, fish, or vegetables cooked on a teppanyaki grill built into the diner's table with a live cooking show. Flashing blades and sizzling flames are the Teppanyaki scene-stealers. Artistically handcrafted sushi and sashimi wait in the sushi live show.
